The Barenaked Ladies will be making stops in Rogers Pass during the 27th annual CPKC Holiday Train Tour.
The Canadian rock band will be performing in Revelstoke and Golden this December. They will be free for people to attend.
The whole tour will run from Nov. 19 to Dec. 21, raising money to alleviate food insecurity and awareness across CPKC’s networks. Bands such as the Barenaked Ladies will be performing free concerts on the train stage. The CPKC Holiday Train has raised more than $26 million and has collected around 5.4 million pounds of food for food banks across Canada and the U.S.
On Dec. 16, the Barenaked Ladies will perform in Golden at the 7-Eleven Store on 10 Avenue from 8:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
On Dec. 17, the band will perform in Revelstoke at Victoria Road from 2:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Other performers include American Authors, Brittany Kennell, Dylan Marlowe, Jade Eaglesoe, JJ Wilde, LANCO, Pynk Beard, Smash Mouth, Teigan Gayse, Tiera Kennedy and Tyler Shaw. They will be performing throughout other parts of Canada.
