A new housing development is planned for Revelstoke’s Southside neighbourhood.
Revelstoke Community Housing is leading the project and announced it this week. The Fourth Street and Downie Street project will include 166 rental units across three buildings near the downtown area.
The site was once home to Mount Begbie Elementary School but was purchased by BC Housing in 2018.
Construction is set to start, but no specific date has been announced.
