Revelstoke RCMP searching for construction site break-in culprits

Revelstoke RCMP are investigating multiple break-ins at construction sites over the past few months.

Police said the incidents involve after-hours thefts of tools, equipment and materials from residential and commercial construction sites. Officers are continuing to gather information and review available evidence to identify those responsible.

Police reminded the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity, particularly near construction sites during overnight and early morning hours.

“This may include unfamiliar vehicles, individuals loitering, or activity that appears out of place,” Revelstoke RCMP said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Revelstoke RCMP at 250-837-5255. Crimes in progress should be reported by calling 911. Anonymous tips can be provided through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
